Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping via express couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping is typically free for orders over a certain threshold, and delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
How long is the warranty on a Venezianico watch?
Every Venezianico timepiece comes with a 2-year international warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or crystal. Please keep your warranty card as proof of purchase.
